I ordered ten leyland cypress trees. I followed the instructions accurately and I have many other leyland cypress trees from other companies that have done well. These trees were struggling to survive (turning brown and drooping. I emailed the company for advice and they did not reply. No customer service, no repeat business. I will not use them again.

ALL OF MY TREES ARE DEAD (Leyland cypress)

$1000's wasted.

I planted their row of tress next to smaller trees from Home Depot. Several months later all of the trees from Circle G are dead and almost all the other ones are alive.

Just as another reviewer mentioned, they shove them in to boxes, bare root. I asked them about this prior, and they said they had a "special way" of preserving the root so they would be fine. I was a sucker it seems.

Absolute SCAM.

I have contacted them for a refund, or new trees with antire potters, but no response yet. If they remedy this, I will update this post saying so.

Do not buy from this group. they sell several trees on ebay and rip off the consumer. I purchased several trees from the owner and planted per the instructions. They stated end of year - October timeframe was perfect for planting this type of tree. Now it's spring and they are all dead. stay clear.

I Recently made the mistake of buying 10 Leyland Cypress from Circle G nursery in parrot Georgia Off of //ebay.com where they sell their trees and had decieving glowing reviews. They ripped off all of the dirt balls on my 7 gallon 4 foot tall leyland cypress trees to save money on shipping and shipped 5 trees shoved into one box with the tops of the trees intentionally bent or snapped to fit in a box that was to small. They trimmed the trees hacking off branches so they could fit 5 into one box.No dirt on any tree just a wad of roots with no pots. They look Nothing like the pictures on ebay after all of that being done to it.

They talked me into delaying shipment a month or so which made me think it was ok to buy from them in the middle of Feb reassuring me that everything would be fine with no problem with delaying.Only to find out that 45 days after buying and paying on Ebay I could NO longer file an Item Not as described to get my money back since time ran out even though I had only had possesion of the trees for a few weeks(which worked out great for them if the trees should have a problem). So after two weeks half of my trees were drying up and turning yellow and brown despite me watering very well.So Im out 216 dollars because They would only refund one and I get to watch my leyland cypress trees die.Its been a few days since my 24 dollar refund and three of the five are yellow dead. The other two are about a week away from the same fate. All Circle G Nursery would say is Water them more I must not be watering them enough! They refused to acknowledge the fact that they ripped off the established root ball and that it was the problem.Im sure they dont rip off the root ball when you go directly to their Nursery and stand in line at their store with your tree. They just want to sell as many trees as possible on ebay and they want to save on shipping charges so they can make more money.Circle G nursery does NOT care if my trees died because they ruined them. They Blame me the buyer!

The owners excuse to paypal for only refunding me for one was that I first said that one tree was dead in an email then a few minutes later I said 5 were dying.Which was true.I could see that one was clearly dead from far away just looking out my window since it was Yellow so I sent the email The seller said No problem just email me a picture of the tree. After I sent the email I went out to take pictures and of Course I went and felt through all of my trees to check them all thats when I noticed the other 4 were a weird pale green drying up needles falling off through out the trees.I then emailed the seller and said I wanted a refund for only half of my trees. I did not want him to ship any more trees to me to replace the dying ones since he shocks the leyland cypress trees by ripping off their root balls. He told me to water more and would not say anything else to acknoledge he was at fault.

I have had No problem growing leyland cypress tress in the past from my local nursery when they have an established rootball when planted.I had planned on buying 30 more of them From Circle G nursery till I saw how they shipped these trees.Their listing on ebay is very decieving they dont show you any pictures of how they ship the trees. If they had I would NEVER of bought these trees since they were going to have NO dirt ball which every plant needs intact to survive.

I had also made the mistake of leaving them positive feedback on ebay when they deserved a negative red just for how they shipped the trees.I should of waited to leave feedback since two weeks later my trees would be dying.I will never buy trees online again. I Will Avoid Circle G nursery. I Learned a 216 dollar lesson.Everytime I go into my yard I have to be reminded of this with dying yellow brown trees.Plus I paid for 20 bags of potting soil spent hours digging 10 holes and now Im going to have a bunch of dirt patches all over my yard. Now I have to spend MORE money on potting soil and I have to replace these horrible leyland cypress trees with ones from my local nursery where the owner leaves the ROOT BALL INTACT!
