Comments regarding Probotics

They are a wonderful company to deal with. I was looking to replace my pool robot this past spring and I commented to my sales person that "now all I needed was a robot to cut my lawn". He directed me to the Lawnbott Evolution Robotic Lawn Mower on their website and send me a demo DVD!

Well, that's 4 months ago and my new little buddy is happily nibbling away. They were very professional, informed and patient with my zillion questions and even provided some installation advice when I was unsure of the meaning of something in the manual. To sum it up, other companies should model their customer service after these folks.
