I was thinking of ordering from Laurie but the negative complaints made me look at her website again in order to check for the last time she updated it. It was 2009. I guess it is important for we consumers to always check the year of last update.

Fine, she doesn't want my business but at least have the honesty to send back my money so I can order my iris from someone who DOES want my business.

Similar to some other posts here, I sent in an order and check to this company in June of this year. I have repeatedly emailed and called with no response. My check has not been cashed, but I want it back!! It is now almost September so I obviously will not be getting any irises since this company says their cutoff date for digging is August 11. This is very disappointing.

I had the same experience as Nance (see below) last year. I tried to get in touch many times to order, but didn't hear back the first several tries. Finally she answered and apologised, saying she was having a bad year. So this year (a month ago - 5/27) I ordered by email as instructed on her website and sent a payment by paypal at the same time. I received no confirmation of my order, so a week later I emailed, asking for confirmation and whether she knew yet if the dwarfs I ordered would be available. Again no response, so I sent another email several days later. Again no response, so I called and left a message on her phone. Again no response so I sent her a dmail on 6/22. She has posted on DG since then, but has still not responded to any of my emails or call.
I wonder why she bothers to have her iris for sale at all, since she obviously doesn't care about having customers. At this point I don't really care if she sends my iris, as long as she returns my payment. I definitely won't try ordering from her again. I have limited space, so it's important for me to have some idea if what I ordered is available, because, if not, I'd like to know, so I can order elsewhere before what I want is sold out.

She was going to get back to me as to availability for my order. That was the last I heard. I chalked it up to life and then tried to order again this year. I e-mailed her in February, no response. I e-mailed again through this website, no response. I e-mailed again in April to both her e-mail addresses without reply. I don't know what to do, especially since all of the other responses seem to have had a very good transaction with her. I don't know how I am missing a connection with her. PLEASE HELP!
