My experience with this company was not very good.

I think the full email correspondence I had with Karyn Bishop will explain:

Last July, I ordered several lavender plants and a one gallon Delosperma Mesa Verde plant.
I received the lavender plants, but not the Delosperma. I looked at the invoice that was
sent along with the lavender plants, and next to the order for the Delosperma plant was
a handwritten note: "B/O". I assumed that it meant "back order".
Is the plant available now? If not, may I get a refund for it?
Sincerely,
Kate Watanabe

Hi Kate; we received your voice message. How can we help you regarding your order that we shipped last September?
Please let us know if we can be of any further assistance.

Hello Karyn Bishop.
I'm still waiting for the Mesa Verde plant that I ordered last July to arrive.
Is it on the way?

Hello Karyn Bishop.
It is now the middle of June and I have still not received the mesa verde
delosperma plant that I ordered last July.
I no longer need this plant since I have long since filled the space in my garden that I was planning
to put it into.
Please refund the purchase price for this plant to my credit card. I think the amount was
$17.00 plus change. I will need to look for my receipt to get the exact amount that I paid.
I do not wish to write a negative review about this company, partly because I was very
pleased with the lavender plants that I ordered at the same time as the Delosperma Mesa
Verde. However, if I do not refund, I will feel obligated to turn in a negative rating so
that a future customer might avoid a similar disappointment.,
Sincerely,
Kate Watanabe

Hi Kate, thank you for the nice and threatening email - always appreciated on a Saturday morning. Because of the date of your order I can not refund back to your credit card since we do not capture or keep confidential data. Your check will go out in the mail the first of the week.
Best regards, Karyn & Nick

Actually, I don't know what Karen Bishop means by "the first of the week". Maybe she means the first of the fifth week of October 2020.

I waited almost a year for my plant to arrive. Karyn Bishop from Stargazer Perennials has no credibility with me.

I will contact my credit card company tomorrow and try to
open a dispute. It has been almost a year since I made this purchase, so I may not even be able to get my money back.

Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrrgh!

Also, it is unfortunate that Dave's Garden and Garden Watchdog
is a "pay to play" website. Although some reviews on this site
may be fake, I have used my real name here. None of the above
email correspondences have been edited in any way.

I doubt that I will receive a refund check from Stargazer Perennials.

Until I do, I have changed my original (Neutral) rating to a Negative.

I was surprised to find a check in my mailbox today from
Stargazer Perennials.

They refunded the purchase price for the plant that I had
ordered last year, including the shipping.

I have changed my negative rating back to the orginal
neutral rating.

This is my first experience with this company and I was happy they shipped my plants when I requested. However, the tomato plants came very limp and dehydrated, and if they had one more day in shipment, they probably would have died. The problem? Big plants in small pots. The soil in the 3.5 inch pot was bone dry, despite the wood shaving packing and the damp paper that was sealed within each pot. Happily, with an immediate watering, they perked up and are fine now.
