Regarding Bouncing Bear Botanicals:
This is my first time ordering with them, and I must say I am already impressed with their customer service. I placed my order over the phone because unfortunately my computer crashed earlier in the week. I was informed today that my order had already been shipped! I live in Canada and I do have concerns about the boarder crossing, but the lady on the phone assured me that there would be none, and if there was they would make it right.
I am always skeptical about buying over the internet, but so far I feel quite confident in my purchase. I will update everybody about the progress !

What order # is your first order? That's probably stuck in customs, if it's taking that long. There should have been a customs form # entered into the comments of your order. You can login to your account and click on the order # to view the comments. You can use that number to find what the hold up is with customs or when they released it. Sorry for the trouble.

I ordered some Cacti and they shipped immediately. They arrived promptly. They were buy 2 get 1 free on sale so it's hard to complain that one of the 3 was ever so slightly short and not rooted, but they replied to my email complaint immediately and offered to make it right now or at my next order. I'm still waiting for my Bufo, but tracking confirms it has been shipped and I'm confident it will arrive promptly (wouldn't want it sitting in a warehouse over the weekend so I'm glad they waited to ship it). It has been a pleasure doing business with them and I look forward to doing more!

As a new customer, I recently placed an order with BBB (on 10/26/08) for 2 of their ethnobotanical products (1oz. Dream Herb & 1oz. Salvia Foliage). I received an email confirming my order that same day, and everything appeared to be going smoothly. Then - on 10/27/08 I received an email stating that my order had been shipped, and thus, I was satisfied with the ordering process so far, as I anxiously awaited for my order.
On 10/29/08 A discreet package arrived on my doorstep. "Wow, Fast shipping!" I thought to myself. However, upon opening the box I discovered that my Salvia was missing and is apparently being shipped separately? I checked the website to see as to why this is, but found no information regarding this matter.
The box I received only contained half of my order, and so at this point, I am only half-satisfied. It would have been nice if they had explained that on the website (or in the confirmation/shipping email) so that I would have expected the separate package prior to ordering. I shall update this comment to positive as soon as I receive the remainder of my order...

Kansas made Salvia illegal, so we had to move the Salvia portion of the company to Nebraska. Both packages ship the same day generally and usually arrive within 1 day of eachother, if not the same day.

I recently ordered some toads from bouncing bear botanicals and ordered express shipping. Just as they promised they were shipped out at the beginning of the week, and have arrived today. They are in excellent condition and doing well. I am extremely happy with the service I recieved from them and highly reccomend them to anybody. Thanks bouncingbear!

I have placed several orders with BBB and with the exception of a Post Office screw up (which they took care of quickly even though it wasn't their responsibility) I have always received great products in quick time. In fact I ordered a plant that was marked 2-4 weeks before shipping and it arrive two DAYS later. They have made a return customer out of me.

I placed an order with Bouncing Bear Botanicals on August 13, 2008, the 2nd time ordering with them(first time was small order, received in 8 days), and have yet to receive anything. I e-mailed them after 12 days and got a reply from Jon saying that i must wait 2-3 weeks. It is now 09.09.2008. I've e-mailed them 2 more times and no response. I was thinking about to buy much more, but now have no plans to order from them again. I ask my postman about package everyday, but NOTHING.

That was shipped August 13th. You had chosen basic shipping, which, to Ukraine, is real slow. If it's not there by the end of this week, though, let me know and we can reship. Normally we can only guarantee Express orders outside the U.S. since customs and foreign mail can be so unreliable.

That particular order was ordered late on the 22nd and shipped on the 23rd through the post office. Today is the 24th. You should probably have it tomorrow or Saturday.

I have made 4 purchases with BBB, the first a regular order which arrived promptly, the second a bulk order which arrived within reason, the third another regular order which arrived within 4 days, and this last one I am still waiting on. The last order was placed June 16th and sent out the 17th, but here we are end of june with no package in my mailbox... I emailed the company thru their website inquiry and am waiting a response back... This is my first negative experience with the company and their products are of reliable and exceptional quality, I would just like this order to arrive in a timely fashion, I will post again when I recieve the order and if any correspondance or customer services were performed.

They are quick, sometimes. First order received within 3 days of ordering, the second order is now on day 4, which isn't bad, however I have been charged, and have no tracking info.

Well, so far so good. I ordered my product this past Saturday late in the day. A email was sent immediately to me about the stuff I had purchased as well as a email from Jon. I just got the stuff today in the mail. So, I give an A++ to their response and shipping. Soon will come the moment of truth when I try my product out. Will be back later...

I made an order with Bouncing Bear Botanicals on Saturday June 7, 2008. I had never used them before and thought there site looked good. After sending 2 emails, and making 3 phone calls, just to get order trackin(not for complaints or anything), i havent gotten a reply from any emails or calls, I went online and searched for reviews and noticed that there were many complaints against there shipping dept, This began to worry me, it has only been 4 days, i will give it a couple more berfore changing my status to negative, if I do change it will be because of there lack of customer service.

My First order with Bouncing Bear Went Smooth, It arrived within 4-5 days. However I placed an order on Tuesday 13 May, 2008 and still like the last poster I have not recieved any items or tracking numbers. I attempted to call and leave a message and then went to email Bouncing bear botannicals, still I have not recieved any response, but my credit card was charged.

I understand that on the 1'st of May Salvia was illegal in Kanasas and so they had to setup at another location. However they should still contact the customer and let them know what is going on, or return a call within 2-3 Buisness days. At this point I will wait and give it a few more days to hear from them, their items are of quality just wish they stayed more in touch with their customers.

I'm not sure who you are. All our Salvia orders have gone out, though (except plants). The Salvia orders are at most running 2 days behind with the hassles of moving things to Nebraska. If you want to post your order number, I'd be glad to let you know where your order is or if there's some mistake or something.

I have been waiting several days to receive my order. The company's Herballife.com site stated that my order had been shipped. I emailed the company several times and I have not received a single response. I could understand if it was going to take longer for my package to arrive then expected but I can't understand why a business would not respond to a customer, especially if the customer has already paid them up front and has trusted them enough to submit credit card information over their site admist this cyber world of cons and scams. The lack of response from this company makes me never want to do business with them again and makes me question their legitimacy.

I have orderes from Bouncing Bear Botanicals on Numberous occasions. All of the orders were processed and I recieved them within a few days (2 days one time!). Every product I have ordered has been of the highest quality and their customer service is incredable. I love this company and will praise them for a job well done.
