I placed an online order with rePotme on 5/11/21 (1 6" ceramic pot, 1 5" ceramic pot, 5" liners, and a bag of soil). I received the order quickly and the packaging was very nice. The complaint I have is the 5" pot is actually a 4" pot. This is misleading. I quickly mailed my concern along with pictures. After 3 days of no response, I called the company and left a message. I missed their late Friday afternoon call-back. So, Monday morning (5/24/21) I checked their website. I found that my email address isn't in their system. There is no account with my email address. I called their company and spoke to a woman. She was adamant that this pot was a 5" pot! She said that it's explained in the description (on their website) the pot holds a 4" liner. (I looked on the site and there is an added statement above the description.) However, the 6" pot's diameter is measured on the inside of the pot and holds a 6" liner. (My current orchids are in 4" pots already. So, I don't need another 4" pot.) She said I can return the pot but I would have to pay the postage fee to do so, but how can I return it if my order doesn't exist on the companies website? I think this company has very poor customer service, deceptive and their prices are overpriced. I will not endorse this company.
