Comments regarding Bonsai Concepts Canada

I have purchased 6 plants from this establishement, three last year and three this year. I have extensive knowledge of bonsai and horticulture, but still two of the four junipers and one of the serrisas I bought had died. I have contacted Bonsai Concepts through e-mail and voicemail, but no reply. The death of the plants may be due to inadequate care during transport or a disease/ virus. The trees looked fine when I purchased them, but they succumbed shortly after purchase. I love to support local business, especially bonsai businesses, but I am sad to say this will not be one of them.
