Regarding the Sun Blaze, T5, 8 bulb grow light I purchased from you. If you look in your records, you'll find that one bulb arrived snapped in half. You were kind enough to replace that bulb free.

I used this light only once for 12 hours, and didn't use it again until last month (Oct 2017), when I found that 2 bulbs were not operational. I assumed that due to the rough handling during delivery, they were likely damaged, so ordered 2 replacement bulbs from you (see order #--------). I carefully replaced the 2 bulbs I thought were damaged with the 2 new bulbs, and neither of them work either, so I can only conclude that the ballast was damaged somehow. I'm now left with 6 lights instead of 8, and although the rough handling was not your fault, you might want to consider another carrier for such items.

It's not possible for me to box the items up and send it back, and any warranty has likely expired. I'm very disheartened by this, but nothing I can do, EXCEPT FIND ANOTHER LIGHT THAT'S DELIVERED BY FED EX AND NOT UPS.

I just wanted you to know before I reviewed this item on the internet.
