Comments regarding Wooden Shoe Tulip Farm (Wooden Shoe Bulb Company)

Last year I placed a gift order with Wooden Shoe -- my first experience with this company. Usually I order from John Scheepers, but at the time of my friend's birthday JS didn't have their fall catalog up and running yet. The bulbs arrived when they were supposed to, and my friend said they were the biggest healthiest daffodil bulbs she'd ever seen. They all bloomed profusely the following spring. From that one experience I would feel very good about ordering from Wooden Shoe again.

I placed my first order with Wooden Shoe Farms last Spring. The bulbs arrived in the Fall, on time, in good condition. All the bulbs were large, and firm. I planted them, and they have all come up, are blooming. I am very happy with the quality, and will order from them again.

I've dealt with Wooden Shoe three or four times over three seasons and have always been completely satisfied with the quality of their goods and the way they do business. If you see something you really want, order early or you may have to wait till next year.
