Last summer I found Sally's Willow Brook Acres quite by accident on the way to our vet. (The sign is tiny.) I had no idea we had a daylily grower so close to us! She mentioned she was having an end of season clump sale soon so we went and I went crazy. Her gardens are lovely and I bought 10 plants and rec'd some bonus plants and she allowed me to pick up trash plants she was tired of but had forgotten what they were and promised to identify them for me when they bloom - a total of 17 plants. Oh, and her clumps were CLUMPS! Only one was less than 5-6 fans. I would definitely recommend visiting in person if able, there's no way she could afford to mail what she gave me. Her gardens give you lots of ideas and she's as friendly as her shyness allows. One plant I really wanted but was out of my budget she mailed later as a 3-fan bonus! I was thrilled to be able to share so generously with my 2 gardening daughters and 3 sisters-in-law. I'll definitely be going again this year.

We were visiting friends in the area & we stopped in at Willow Brook Acres. Sally was so nice showing us around & explaining all the different daylillies. We purchased two huge clumps & 4 double fans. Sally is very generous with her daylillies. We will be back for more.

I purchased from them via the LA for a fund-raiser. They were very nice and easy to deal with...sent gorgeous plants including a 2007 intro bonus. Very pleased and can't wait until i have some more room (& $$$!) to get more.

Thanks,
Lynda

Sally was very fast responding to emails. It was convenient being able to paypal (too convenient?? lol) She kept me informed on when she planned to ship and then let me know exactly when she had shipped and when she anticipated the plants would arrive. That made it easy to make plans so the plants didn't sit in the sun all day. Double fans were really nice sized and she sent two bonus daylilies. On her website she suggests you include a couple alternates in case they are out of something you want and she usually picks the bonus from your alternates. very nice.

Sally was very helpful and patient, considering I changed my order several times. Fast shipping after PayPal-ing the payment. Items arrived in good shape. Two out of eight will soon bloom a week after arrival!

Will buy from Willow Brook again for sure.

Fast and efficient communication, excellent and speedy shipping. Double fans of adequate size and reasonable price. Bonus fan was a choice I would have made myself. All in all a pleasant transaction.

I cannot say enough about the quality of plants and service from Willowbrook Acres. I ordered a few daylilies. They usually ship double fans. The lilies were so large and so robust, that I was able to plant an entire row with just a few plants. Every single plant lived. I'm now looking for more places to plant daylilies, just so I can order from them again! I've never received plants of this quality by mail before. The service is great. She delayed sending my lilies because I was going to be out of town.
