We talked about our guarantee that we have with all of our seeds and that we would be sending her replacements if she would like. We discussed possible germination procedures or techniques that should be used with coated seeds that are somewhat different than the older un-coated types. I felt that we had a positive conversation and I hope that our customer felt it was as well. |
