I placed an order for a preformed pond and pump with the company 4 ponds, which they trade under at the beginning of October 2007. They could not fulfill my order some I altered it to one they had in stock. On the 1st November 2007, Frank informed by email that the order had been dispatched and my credit card account had been debited. I have not received the order and they have not replied to any of my emails. The email is the only way to contact the company and it is so frustrating not to receive any response. It is like talking to a brick wall. I have reached a point where I do not know what to do next other than to take some form of legal action.


On November 28th, 2007, preformed changed the rating from negative to positive and added the following:

I eventually found a 'phone number for Argham Village Nursery and was able to make contact with 'Frank'. He was profuse with his apologies and promised to rectify the matter. That has now been down and on the 28th Novemeber 2007 I received my pond via Night Freight who had temporarily 'lost' the pond. I was more than recompenced for the poor service by 4 ponds.
