Comments regarding Shiloh Dahlias

I received big, fat, juicy tubers, many already have eyes. Shiloh sent two bonus tubers, both 'Gitts Attention'. There were three substitutions in an order of 14 tubers; my order was placed at the very beginning of February. The packaging was excellent, with lots of cushioning material.
My only reservation thus far with Shiloh Dahlias would be more communications with me, the customer, in regards to shipping. A notification in advance of shipping would have been helpful, I did send an e-mail asking them when they would be shipping and the reply was that they had already been shipped.
