Comments regarding Clearview Dahlias

I ordered $ 140.00 worth of dahlias from them and paid for their delivery to Canada .When they arrived they were broken and damaged to the point I simply threw them out .I approached clearview dahlais about this and they simply said I should have planted them anyway and only reimbursed me 70.00....I had shown the dahlias to other club members and they were as shocked as I was first by the dahlias themselves and then by how Clearview dealt with this .I am disillusioned and disheartened by their response and will never buy from them again and tell all my flower buds how I was treated.....
