Comments regarding Grass4sale.com

Are experience was very professional . We recently purchased some exotic grass from them a hybrid Zoysia which was not easy to find anywhere. The turf consultants they had available where very knowledgeable and helped us make the right decision with the shade and animals we have. The delivery came and placed it in are yard were we asked them to. Very simple and professional.

I recently moved out of a rental house but needed to replace some grass that my three dogs completely destroyed while I was living there. I searched and searched because I was on a budget and finally came across grass4sale.com. It was very simple to order and they allowed for a specific delivery day. Well, it seems I selected Aug 26th instead of Aug 29th and was in a bind. I contacted them about what had happened and while they confirmed I did select the 26th by mistake, they agreed to pick up the first pallet and place an order to be delivered on the 29th. They saved my butt and more than took care of me. I will certainly be recommending them to everyone I know who needs to buy sod.

The representative I ordered from was rally patient and tried to help me. she told me that they have new management. I am out of town and needed an expert to look at the yard and then install everything. Jennifer helped me get it all taken care of. She scheduled everything for me without any problems. If I need grass at another rental property, I will absolutely call them again. They were the least expensive and the sod is gorgeous.

I ordered from them in April. Had a few issues during the order process because they had to reschedule me a couple of times when it rained the whole week. Other than that, all of the staff helped me and told me the right ways to do the work. I know that this office has some bad reviews but I really had no complaints.

After some extended discussion and misunderstandings, they installed the sod and did a good job. Their office people are a little inflexible and need some serious customer service intervention, but overall it was a good result.

Last summer, I purchased six pallets of zoysia from Grass4Sale and I had a quick, and timely delivery despite the weather saying it was going to rain. My phone calls of concern were returned, and I was even notified when the grass was on it's way on the truck! I don't know why there are so many ill reviews, I was recommend by a neighbor here in Austin who had used them and also had a superb experience. If you have your doubts, ignore the online reviews, who I am sure is just some jealous company wanting their business. I highly recommend Grass4Sale.com!

I ordered 2 pallets of Emerald Green Zoyzia on Friday afternoon. Made the mistake of checking for reviews after placing the order and nearly panicked when I saw several bad reviews. After reading several of of them over the weekend, I concluded that almost all were related to just a few Grass4sale locations, not all. Well I'm glad I ignored all the bad reviews because I picked up the grass today and everything went smoothly. Great product, price, and service. I was so pleased, I thought I at least owed this vendor my positive review.

Had a great experience. I live in Scottsdale AZ. I had 1800 sq feet of Midiron delivered and put down Saturday, Feb 27th. I worked with James by phone. He had the local sod farm call to confirm the order. The sod was delivered very early (after midnight on Friday). The crew was on time. Lawn looks great. They rolled the lawn and cleaned up all the scraps. Easy and safe payment through Google. This was the best deal I could find. I'm very pleased.

I would just like to say that I had a very positive experience with buying sod at Grass4Sale. They were honest and upfront with what the delivery times would be, and worked with me to find out what would work the best around my schedule. I would highly recommend using Grass4Sale if you are interested in re-sodding your yard as they had great customer service and were prompt in answering the emails that I had sent them. I was very impressed. Since re-sodding my yard, I have had amazing results and at times can't imagine that it is the same yard!

im from tucson az and i really had a great experience ordering grass for my backyard from grass4sale.com. i ordered it like the end of october and delivered as promised on the 6th of november, 2007. although installation was delayed the following day, instead of the same day delivery and installation i requested, i was still satisfied, james was very helpful in every inquiry i had and made sure installation was done on the said day. i read some negative feedback but i dont care, grass4sale.com took care of my order in the best service they can. i highly recommend it to my family and friends. thanks grass4sale.com!!!

On Sept 21st I ordered 5 pallets of St. Augustine Online with my Credit Card I received my grass that Wed. Never had to call anyone did everything myself online. I must admit I was a little hesitant because of some of the comments that I read but no one else could compete and I was on a tight budget so I winged it. I'm glad I did. I was renovating a property and got the landscaping done under my budget. Thank You Grass4sale I look foward to doing business with you again.

This is one serious co about grass. I was very pleased by the knowledge of Slavio and Yonkers that it made my purchase very easy, and I received exactly what is good for my climate and area. The lawn is wonderful and green. I recommend them!

I needed Zoysia grass and after finding the website called and spoke with James Walker. I explained to him that I was in need of some sod. Ordered 25 pellets and they were delivered on the day it was requested and promised to be delivered. It was actually delivered a day ahead as requested. I need some additional sod and ordered again from James. He has been very professional about the whole thing and the yard in the back of our new home looks great.

I have been in the contracting business for over 10 years and have never been able to find reliable grass supplier for all of my jobs until and found out about grass4sale.
