Comments regarding Machiela's Orchids

I ordered a Zygopetalum from this company on Ebay. I did receive an orchid, but it was a Yellow Epidendrum instead. I paid for a Zygopetalum not an Epidendrum. The orchid arrived in very poor condition. It was not professionally packaged. I attempted to resolve this with the seller, but I was never contacted by them.

I purchased orchids from this company and all I got were orchids that were dried and dead. I called and asked for a refund and the gentlemen told me "better luck next time" Would never spend any money on this place.
