My emails and phone calls remain ignored however they did call my mother to assure she was home and offered a tracking number. No explanations for the delay,no way to try to get fee back for express delivery. My mother did say, the plant is lovely, 2 stalks 3 flowers blooming and 13 more ready to bloom, the the pot is nice to she said . One stalk may not make it though. Overall I still say stay away from them. |

I paid extra to have it sent within 2-3 days of order to arrive on a birthday. The flowers didnt arrive within 2-3 days...including strictly business days. So, I called. I was informed that for some reason they took 3 additional days from the original order to have the flowers cut and then an additional 2 days before they were sent. I was then told that I should have been called, but (in Chris, the manager's own words) Uh...well, Uh...they should have been sent, but uhhh...(nope not even a lame excuse given) |
