Comments regarding Outdoor Distributors

I did not get the parts that I ordered so three weeks later I called to cancel the order and spoke with Kelly who said "Dude those parts don't just grow on trees it takes some [deleted] time to get them dude".
When I asked to speak to her boss I was told that he dont speak to anyone unless they are very important.
When I finally did speak to him he told me The internet and the world are big places and that the loss of my business would not hurt him.
After another two weeks and a complaint to the BBB I finally got a refund on the 111.88 that they had charged me.
