Comments regarding Onalee's Seeds, LLC

The plants I ordered arrived in much better condition than most I've ordered from other places. The seeds are in larger envelopes and easier to deal with and arrived with very good instructions. I really like ordering from Onalee's.

I have ordered from Onalee several times. She is great; she will answer any question you have. She loves her plants and takes great care in shipping them to you. She wraps live plants in moistened newspaper and seed packs are packaged in plastic. Everything you receive is very lively and ready to plant. Your order is shipped by Priority Mail on a timely basis....very quick. I could write a book praising her service and quality is A-1.

I ordered a number of different seeds from Onalee. They arrived three days later looking great. The detailed instructions are worth a lot, particularly for a beginner like me. Will be back!

5/16/07 - Received Milk and Wine Lily bulb and Blue Dawn Morning Glory cuttings today. We had a nice rain last night, and I didn't wait to get them all in the ground. Bulb and cuttings in excelllent condition.Timely shipped and well packaged. I will be calling on Onalee again.

Onalee's Home-Grown Seeds & Plants so far is wonderful. This vendor has a great selection of seeds, bulbs and plants. I placed an order today and it has been shipped already!!!!!! How is that for fast service? Plus the seeds were reasonably priced and shipping was free. I can not wait to receive my seeds. I will let everyone know how well the seeds grow once I plant them.

My order arrived immediately, was exceptionally well packaged. The information included is invaluable as I'm brand new to starting from seeds. The service is fantastic. Makes you want to visit with Onalee and sit on her porch with a glass of cold lemonade. :-) I've already recommended her to friends and family, and will be placing another order shortly.

WOW!! When I received my boxes from my mail carrier, I thought what could be in these. What a surprise to find the plants I ordered 3 days earlier from Onalee's. I mean full grown starts, not 2/12" pots with a stick like I have received from others in the past. Thank you very much, you can count on me ordering again and telling all my friends and fellow master gardeners about your website.

I have had very good experience buying seeds multiple times from Onalee's seeds. Good selection of vines, prompt shipping, and quality seeds. And no shipping charges! Would definitely recommend/buy again.

Seeds came quickly, were priced reasonably, and it's very refreshing not to be charged out the nose for "shipping" on a packet of seeds!

I received my crinum lily and walking iris bulbs in two days. I planted them immediately and two days later the walking iris bloomed and is beautiful. The crinum lilies are doing fine as well but I am sure they will take longer to bloom. Excellent experience overall.

Personal service with a smile! Ordered on Wednesday morning and received seeds on Saturday. I was a little nervous ordering online, but I would highly reccommend Onalee's seeds. Seeds were inclosed in a nice "seed packet", color photo included along with detailed directions.

Seed order was mailed within an hour of when I placed it. Seed packets include detailed germination advice, along with a helpful picture of an emerging seedling for ID purposes. On my small order (two seed pax) I received a bonus. I am very pleased with Onalee's Homegrown Seeds and will order again.

Onalee, makes my neighbors and me happy with the "flower show" from such quality seed.
I have an elderly lady each year walk down the road(long road I live in the country) each year about every day to stand and look at the flower display.
She fell in love with the October rose hibiscus and rose mallow and the unusual morning glories and of course I have to cut her a bunch.
It makes me happy to see her smile and it makes me happy that Onalee seed's have such a great germination rate to afford my elderly neighbor the simple thing that makes her happy each day.

I looked everywhere on the web for the right kind of hibiscus seeds. Onalee's was the only place that had them at a reasonable price and her service was wonderful! I recently purchased a Resurrection Fern (Pleopeltis polypodioides) from Onalee's Home-Grown Seeds & Plants. The specimen was well packed, shipped promptly, arrived in great shape, and even included an information sheet on caring for the plant. Excellent service !

I ordered two packs of Gossypium herbaceum (cotton) seeds this month, and they arrived promptly, in good condition. The seed packs specified that they would have 10 seeds apiece, so I was very pleasantly surprised to see that each pack actually had 14 seeds in it, which is going to help a lot. I ordered Blood Lily Bulbs and they are some of the nicest bulbs I have ever received from a mail order company. Very large and healthy!! Correspondance was excellent and bulbs were received in just a few days. I will not hesitate to order from this company again.

Would have to agree with all of the positive comments. Too cold to plant yet but the efficiency of the shipment and care of the "live tubers" is very impressive. will order again.
