I ordered a recycled poly-lumber glider bench for my wife for Mother's Day and was initially told the product should ship within 10 days. When I hadn't heard, I contacted the company through e-mail, and Jackie assured me that there was a backlog and my glider was scheduled to ship June 3. That day, she called with a question about my debit card and said the glider had already shipped! It was easy enough to fix whatever was the problem with the debit, and Jackie was very nice about it all. The glider arrived on time, and it is excellent.
