All of my orders were packed great and were very healthy.

I shopped around quite a bit before buying this Alpinia, and Katz' had the best plant size/price and shipping price combination.

Great plants at good prices. I ordered 11 plants but only received 9. I knew what had happened. The missing plants were on the 2nd page of the invoice and whoever packed the order didn't see them. I emailed the company and they responded promptly. Kathy promised to mail them on Friday and sure enough I got them today (Saturday). All 11 plants were in great shape when I received them. The brugmansias were huge! I had a good experience dealing with Kathy. Communication was excellent. I will definitely order from them again.

I received my wisteria plants in very good condition. Hardly worse for the wear after transportation. Good communication. I can't wait to get them planted. Thanks

Plant was well wrapped and shipped well. It arrived viable (I think).There were about 15 blueberries in the box, so I assume they fell off during shipping. Looking forward to a good crop next year. Overall a very good experience.

Bought 2 absolutely beautiful wisteria from Kathy. Oh my goodness, I never expected to receive 2 well established plants with such huge roots and shoots and new ones all over. I ordered 3 Brugs as a gift for my parents in Florida, so I only have info on what my mom tells me about the shipment and plants. Kathy worked with me on a problem with my payment and emailed me when the plants had been shipped. Communication before delivery was great!
The plants arrived a day after they were supposed to because they sat in the office of the place they stay (ORA in Melbourne Beach FL.) on the delivery date and were delivered to their place the next day.
The plants were very droopy and had lost a lot of leaves even though they were well packed. My mom put them in a bucket of water to soak. She emailed Kathy and she replied right away and told her she did the right thing, to keep them in water overnight and they should be fine. The root system was quite big and they perked up. Communication was very good between Kathy and my mom, and she was very helpful with the plants on the Florida end.
I am happy with this transaction!

Received the plants which were very nice. The seeds were well packaged.

I ordered 3 Brugs and got them very fast. They have a great root system, although one is basically just a stem with 2 leaves on the top. But I'm confident with such good roots it will do fine.

I just bought several cuttings and some seeds. I am very, very pleased with everything! The cuttings were well rooted, and had plenty of New growth. They had some wilting from shipping, but they bounced back within the hour! I've had them about a week and every one is bigger already! My Gunnera tinctoria seeds arrived today. Delivery was quite prompt and seeds were as described. (though more than 10 per package would have been nice, I have no complaints)

I received a plant and two cuttings from this company. All 3 were very well rooted and in great condition. They even kept them for me until weather was better to ship. I ordered & recieved promptly 2 Morning Glory bushes (some places call them trees) They were as promised & have grown almost a foot in the 2 weeks I've had them & that is during freezing temps outside so they are in pots at an east window. Just wait till summer !!!!

This a good company to order from. They carry a nice selection of brugmansia, along with other plants. My order was filled quickly and I even received an email letting me know the plants had been shipped.

I was sent a notice when my plants were mailed so I could know about what day to expect them. They arrived in 3 days.The plants were full of roots , only one plant lost most of it's leaves , but there are new small shoots on the top that I am sure will make the plant come back fine. I was very pleased in all.
