I placed a $100+ order last year to Jim's and got some tired looking hostas. One (expensive & much desired) 'Black Mamba' hosta was in the worst condition and I contacted Jim's serveral times and got no respose. Needless to say, it did not survive and I vowed to never order from this nursery no matter how tempted I was with there selection.
My only hope is that this transition to another nursery will only
improve in service and customer satisfaction. At the very least, please have the courtesy to respond. |
