I placed many orders with futuregarden one with briteideas that came from futuregarden although thier in new york and i'm in pa my shipping has always arrived the next day

i had one order screwed up order consisted of hydroton and they sent me peralite twice and they got it right the third time and sent me thier three pack of nutrient with the correct order never had to send the perlite back either time

order a quad autopot kit from brite ideas it came from futuregarden the resivor was totally wrong , although i didn't complain because i didn't need it but, but maybe that could have ended as a bad experience

I placed a large order and recieved all in a timely fashion. Was curious about one items use and called them. Got right thru to an exec. who answered my question without having to transfer me. I'm very pleased with them and am placing another order today. There prices are in line with most places I have researched. I recommend them highly and will definately be a return customer when necessary.

I received my ultra-peat very quickly after calling the company and getting an apology from the person who answered the phone. Apparently some orders paid with Paypal were not showing up for them. Neal looked for my order and called back a few minutes later saying he found the order and was processing it immediately. Also answered some questions for me about the product. That was a Monday and I had it on Friday. He was more upset about the misplaced order than I was. I'd sure give them another try.
