Comments regarding PlantenTuin Esveld

Wish I had read these posts before ordering.
Small order,but had two bad plants,extremely bad grafts,one rotten,one at the bottom of a 10L pot with vertical roots and extremely tight circles,all root ,hardly any soil,two holes punched into the surface and filled with osmocote to keep plant alive.
Sent detailed photos and asked for replacements.
Told that I have to keep the plants,pay for them,give them artificial respiration for 6 months and then if they die ,I will get reimbursed.Nonsense,I just adjusted the bill accordingly.
Extremely bad customer service.
Obviously,they are popular because of their extensive varieties.
You may be lucky,but I would not dream of using them again for anything.
