Comments regarding Wormman's Worm Farm

very good company. For several years now I have worked with Wormman who has provided me with the necessary supplies to breed my reptiles, mainly geckos. I was kept up to date about my orders whenever I needed to be and if there was ever a problem a resolution soon followed. For example last week I ordered 5000 mealworms from them. The next day I recieved a shipping confirmation with an ETA and from there It only took 2 days for the order to appear on my front steps in great condition with only one or two dead worms. In all, I think that wormman has excelent buissness with great customer service and high quality products. I am also glad to say that I will continue doing buissness with them and will not cease to do in the near future.

I ordered 1Lb European Nightcrawler from them. After over a week without receiving any shipping confirmation and no answer to my email inquiries, I was getting worried. Then the worm just showed up on my doorstep. Happy, right? Wrong! All worms are dead, obviously due to the hot summer weather. Imagine they stayed in the trunk of the USPS truck for nearly a day!

I sent a complaint to Wormman, with little hope of getting any response. To my surprise, they responded within two days, asking what I wanted to do, a replacement or a full refund. I chose refund. Today I received notice from Google checkout that Wormman has refunded my credit card!

Although their customer service has much to be improved, especially on providing timely shipping confirmation and answers to customers' inquiries, I DO believe that Wormman is a trustworth vendor. On a side note, the quality of their worms is top notch. The worms I received were fat and pure (with no red worms mixed in). Pity that they didn't survive the shipping.

Once it cools down, I will definitely buy worms again from them.

I ordered redworms from Wormman, and they kept in touch to let me know when it would be shipped, and also when there was a delay due to cold weather. I am very happy with their customer service. The worms were shipped via priority mail on Monday, I got it on Wednesday that same week. They emailed me when it was to be shipped and when it actually shipped, as well as provided a tracking number too. They even ask me to email them back so for their records when it arrived too so that they can gauge if there was any problems with the postal delivery service. The worms were packed carefully and professionally in damp peat moss sealed in a breathable bag, in the shipping box. In addition, they provide a sheet explaining about the redworms and what to do. The redworms by the way are doing fine too. I experienced great service from this company, and I had a very small order of worms for a first time customer. I am very pleased to have found them on Gardenwatchdog and thus order from them due to their listing and customer feedback rating.

I ordered red wigglers and mealworms. The product was good quality, and the shipping was fast!

I've been ordering red worms and composting supplies from Wormman.com for a few years now and have not had any issues. I am in the process of converting my sandy garden to a loamy oasis for my plants and flowers using worm castings.
I give them two thumbs up!

My shipment was delayed due to cold weather, and that pleased me because it showed this worm farmer cared about his little critters! The contents were well-packaged and included complete care instructions. I'd definitely order again.
