I paid for the purchase via Pay-Pal ($262). When the aquarium arrived and I unboxed it I found that it was cracked in two locations. I contacted both Pay-Pal and Aquatic Store and emailed photos of the damaged aquarium. I was required to pay for return shipping ($42) of the damaged aquarium and I did not receive a full refund on the damaged item. My credit card was only credited back $139.00. I lost $165 on this transaction. I think this company is unethical and would never purchase anything from them again and certainly do not recommend purchasing anything from them. |

I did finally receive an adjustment but have yet to receive a response as to a similar reduction in the shipping and handling charges for the mini. I have sent a 3rd email asking about this and am waiting for a response. Should I have to ask for these adjustments repeatedly?? |
