I'm completly blown away by the ease of starting and on the first attempt. My garden measures 40' x 50' and this machine handles it perfectly, until then I used a big 5 hp tiller that now sits in my garage, nice going guys ! |

I emailed the company to ask what to do about it and with in 2-3 days the Fed Ex truck pulled in to drop off a brand new transmission... no questions asked. It now works perfectly. My husband and I are impressed with the quick response by the company. We would gladly do business with them in the future. |

I had a rock jam between the transmission housing and the tine which resulted in breaking the transmission housing. I contacted the company since the Vortine mini-tiller is advertised as having a 5 year warranty. Within 72 hours I received a replacement transmission. It just doesn't get any better for service than this! I am very impressed with their service. The company stands behind their product. |
