I called before the order and only got an answering machine and a call back was not made. I made an order; I never received an acknowledgement. I sent emails and made phone calls on the status of the order and did not get a response. I never received the product. I have a claim filed with Paypal in an attempt to get my money back. On January 9th, 2005, pdougmc changed the rating from negative to neutral and added the following: After contacting Paypal who contacted the seller, I received a call from the seller and my order was shipped. I am changing my rating from negative to neutral. |
