When I wrote to Richard Owen about the missing item, I was told that original packing slip was needed to get a refund or replacement. Well, after I sent in the packing slip, I never heard from them again! Don't waste your time and money buying anything from Richard Owen Nursery. |

The "dormant" bare-roots I received were dead --nothing lived! Original packing slips are needed to get a refund or replacement. When I asked for a refund, I wasn't notified when/what form it would take place. After 6 months, I finally called to ask and was told that it was already credited to my credit account months before (I must have failed to see it); it would have been nice to get some kind of acknowledgement that they even received my request for refund. My brother-in-law also had similar experiences with this company (with regard to plant conditions). Total waste. |
