I ordered a couple plants and some pots about 3 weeks ago. Like a lot of people who have left feedback on this website, I too had problems with communicating with this company regarding confirmation of my order. I had ordered through PalPay and was not sure if the received my order or not.
I finally received my order yesterday. None of the plants I received were the plants I ordered. When I called, the person I talked to informed me that the plants I ordered were not available. Since the price of one of the plants I ordered exceeded the price of the plants I received it was agreed that the price of that plant ( $12.95 ) would be refunded.
The plants I did receive were huge, much bigger than can be expected from other online nurseries for the same price. The plants were very well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. I don't think there was even a leaf out of place!
One size of the pots I ordered was not available either but they substituted them for the next size pot and sent a few extra pots.
I will definitely order from this company again except I will first make sure that the plants I want to order are available.

I'd heard great reviews regarding this establishment, so I didn't hesitate to order from them.

I placed an order online via paypal , but didn't receive any type of confirmation that they received the order or the money. I followed up with a phone call a few days later and the person who answered the phone still was unable to find my order and was thus unable to verify that they'd received it. He asked me to call back later in the afternoon. I forgot to call back so did not call back for 2 days. I then spoke with a very nice man(different voice than the gentleman whom I spoke with days earlier). He verified that he had my order and that it was sent up for packing that day.

I received the plants a couple of days later. I opened the box and found that the V. Maranta had 3-4 yellowing mature leaves and lots of tiny green ones. I thought that it might have been the shock from shipping, so I waited to see how the leaves would behave. They became more yellow , so I cut them off. I checked the plant for mites, but there weren't any. I then placed the pot into a plastic ziploc bag for added humidity thinking that might prevent further yellowing of the leaves. I sent an email about 1 week after receipt of the plants and advised them of exactly what had happened. No response. 3 days later on 11/04/05 I received a read message receipt that they had read the email. To this day I have not received a response of any kind.

The second plant I ordered, a H. Heuschkeliana, was healthy. It was small, but not bad for the price I paid.

My feedback is neutral because while I was unhappy with the Variegated Maranta, I was happy with the Hoya Heuschkeliana.
