After a couple of days I called to ask when could I expect my order and the lady that I talked with said "It will probably go out next week", okay fine. I waited....nothing. I called the following week and this time another employee said "I am not sure when the order would go out because the person that handles the orders is out on vacation",.... okay fine.... I called the following week, an employee said, "We'll have to see if we have this tree in stock"........okay fine.... Later that week no one answered the phone or returned my messages. The next week "Our shipping has been down for a few weeks, maybe it will be up and running next Thursday"...... I sent a couple of emails, they went unanswered... |
