I hesitated to even rate Gardino's because I have only ordered from them once and they are so nice on the phone. But the sweet almond plants I received were ridiculously small. Just little twigs, no branches and just a few leaves all up and down the single stem. Also the packing was not great and the top of each one was broken and I had to cut about 4" off the 18-20" plants.

It also annoys me that they are usually out of so many things on their website. They are nice, very nice but I doubt I would order from them again.

I wanted to add one thing... when I ordered, I did tell them that I did not want a plant with a fork because I had one sweet almond with a fork and it eventually split. Perhaps they misunderstood and gave me plants with no branches at all. But still, they looked like cuttings, not plants.
