When I didn't hear anything, I emailed them (twice) but got no answer. I called the number on my credit card bill but got only a recorded message with their store hours. It appears they have gone out of business and taken my money with them! On June 23rd, 2006, mholmgren changed the rating from negative to neutral and added the following: I'm changing my rating to neutral because I finally got my money back. After I left the negative rating here they emailed me that they were canceling my order! And again my email went unanswered. So I can't evaluate the plants but their customer service could be improved. |
