I was also very impressed with their customer service. Some of what I ordered was out of stock and they e-mailed me to let me know they updated their list. I picked out the rest of my plants,got quick delivery and I just got them in the ground this weekend. I will definitly order from them again. |

On October 19th, 2005, TuddyE changed the rating from neutral to positive and added the following: Well they gave me a refund for my plants minus the shipping charges, but they sent me a flat of plants anyway! Great customer relations on their part, I will be a new customer for them next year, since the plants were large and healthy. I would expect to pay at least 3 times the amount they charge for these, yet I got them just because they didn't send my order as expected. It is getting late to plant, and I wish they had been sent sooner, or the origninal e-mail answered...but for postage of $11, I have a flat of plants to put in and take a chance on them making it. Not bad. They are a little slow on responding, but when they do, they really try to make things right. That's better than a whole lot of companies. |
