Comments regarding HBI Inc.

I am actually appalled by the treatment we received from Mick Fournier and his company HBI orchids...we ordered into Canada over 600 USD of flasks....MOST of which were much smaller than the minimum promised and most died...we asked for a refund on some of this and all his correspondence was rude...an hour after the complaint he actually wrote on his web-site (and i quote) "We no longer sell to Canadians… regardless of which country they live in."
