Went to this nursery for the first time this weekend. The grounds are gorgeous, and they have an amazing variety of plants. Also, Patty and Winky (the owners) are so sweet, knowledgable, and helpful. It was a great experience, I love all the plants I came home with (everything looks so healthy!), and I look forward to shopping here again. Glad I found somewhere so amazing closely so I don't have to shop for my garden at the big box stores anymore!

Gorgeous grounds and staff who are as knowledgeable as they are friendly and professional. They take great care to listen to the specifics of a customer's situation and then make recommendations and thorough instructions tailored to those circumstances. They even suggested we bring photos of the areas of our property we were focused on so that they could get the best idea of the topography, lighting, soil and existing landscaping. Much like a great stylist, they won't refuse to give you what you come in asking for but the more info you give them, the more informed your purchase and the greater likelihood that it will thrive and accomplish what you need. We followed their advice last fall and we're seeing the benefits all over our yard, in places we thought beyond hope (horrible soils, erosion-prone slopes or places alternating between arid and swamped, areas with high wind, places never out of the full baking sun...etc.) They have a huge selection, including a large inventory of xeriscaping-friendly plants and containers and container gardening plants (and workshops), all of such need during our severe drought these past years. If you need to get info from them quickly, in person or telephone would be best-- e-mail is not always reliable.

This group is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They have a wonderful selection, and you can pick up a booklet on your way in that lists the plants they carry. This is very helpful, as the farm is large, and you'll need to narrow your search to find what you are looking for. The prices are fair, and the service is well above average. They are very knowledgeable about butterfly attracting / hosting plants!

My experience is with in-person shopping. A visit to Triple Creek Flower Farm is like a walk in a park...then you get to take your favorite plants home with you from the many greenhouses on site. Winky and John listen to descriptions of your landscape needs and come up with the perfect plants for color and height, sunny or shady spots. I have watched them select plants for filling orders, and they take great care with this process.
