We visited Perennials Galore today for the first time. Fabulous place with many, many healthy perennials from which to choose even though it is the end of their season and they will likely close next week (6/3/12 today). Excellent prices; friendly, well-informed staff; beautiful setting about 15 min from downtown Laporte. This is my new go-to garden center. Highly recommend!

I find it hard to restrain myself from purchasing plants I want from mail order companies, but the wait for Perennials Galore to open is worth it . They have most perennials (and annuals)others have with many not available elsewhere, the plants are usually of better size, and often the price is lower than elsewhere.Well worth the drive.

All plants were quality plants at very affordable prices. Their end-of-season sale was amazing: plants of high quality, well taken care of and pinched back to accomodate growth and potential, negotiation on prices and partial flats, expert answers to questions, etc.
First time I was here (in the beautiful Indiana farm country, far away from any town), and it was an enjoyable experience. They have a good selection -- not just impatiens and petunias -- with some plants rarely available anywhere else.

I came across this website when searching for some slightly unusual perennial seeds. Their prices are very reasonable, $1/packet. After placing the order, I was notified that one packet would be backordered, but the rest were shipped promptly, and received a week from placing the order. Their shopping cart is a little primitive, but it works. Overall good experience with a new (to me) company :)
