Comments regarding Bonsai Boy of New York

I've never ordered from Bonsai Boy. I was just reading reviews and am still disgusted at all the "negative" reviews on legitimate companies. It's obvious that most if not all "negative" reviews are suspect, look at the date they signed up on Davesgarden and look at the date of the review, it's like their competitors are still coming here to specifically write a "negative" review. It's no wonder that most companies don't monitor reviews here, all the negative ones are fake. But, actually, I've been to Bonsai Boy's website and have considered ordering from them, everything seems reasonable from them. I just don't have a place to put a bonsai right now. If I had ordered from them my experience would likely be positive, I can't imagine their really screwing anybody.

It's interesting that the customer service is described by other people as rude.. While browsing at their store (local to me) they were helpful.
I applied for a customer service job there in when I was in college. I guess I was too nice!
