Comments regarding Krupps Home and Garden Decor

Great company to deal with, operators are very helpful. My last order a gnome came in 5 days. It was packed very well. Also I have purchased stainlesssteel gazing balls. There prices are reasonable.

Krupps.com is a great company. The staff is very helpful and friendly, and very responsive. I ordered a garden statue from them, which shipped very quickly. Although it unfortunately arrived damaged (an obvious result of handling by the carrier, not the company), my rating is positive because they acted very quickly to replace the damaged part. The folks who answer the phones are right there at the company, not a call center - always a plus in my book, because they really care about their customers and the experience.

They also have a huge selection of products at great prices - worth checking out if you're adding a pond to the garden!
