After hearing from Paul the very next day after leaving the negative comment on here and filing a complaint with the BBB. He offered me 50.00$ in credit (more than my original purchase) or a refund when he returned my call. He apologized b/c they are out of stock of a lot of the seeds in my original order. I went onto their site and still found PLENTY of seeds i needed. I went ahead and put in another order- this time for 85.45$ I'm sending a check for the 35.45$ difference (with fingers CROSSED) b/c he sounds legit on the phone so hopefully I actually GET my seeds this time!! Will amend this comment when they either arrive/don't arrive! |

After the mistake was determined...my seeds did arrive about a week later. There were six extra kinds of seeds and they did send me a 20 percent off coupon code for my next transaction. Their packaging and invoicing is all very professional, but I note that two of the seed packets are old seed well past their recommended planting date. Hopefully it will still germinate and my long wait on this seed will have been worthwhile. |

I was told, that they would send me the seeds, when they received my letter. On February 28, 2008, I received e-mail from them, that my order had been reshipped, and today, March 3, I got my seeds with five packages of extra seeds. Even though it took a long time, I'm changing my rating to Neutral to give them the benefit of the doubt. Maybe it was really lost in the mail the first time. |
