Purchased a sunshine greenhouse 30 days ago and besides my receipt I have heard nothing from the company. Customer service doesn't answer the phone. Scam? So sad. It's spring and I want a greenhouse!!

Unfortunately all service people were on other lines when she called, but we did respond shortly afterwards. As our site states, the Sunshine greenhouses do take several weeks to build and ship after the order is placed (especially this time of year!). We don't generally contact the customer again after confirming their order until the greenhouse ships. We will be shipping a free bench with the greenhouse to help compensate her for the long wait :)"
