Great service and communication. The plants received were great quality and the quantity received was more than what was ordered. Highly recommended.

I purchased on behalf of 25 people in a Dave's Garden Co-op. My first call was promptly returned. Mike clearly explained what was available, what wasn't - explaining which fans were large, which were small - even recommending his favorites. His practice is to send double fans, orders that he "feels good about". This set the transaction off on a good note.

He followed up with regular communications on the status of the order (both phone and email). We received a wide variety, all carefully labeled and shipped. I'm delighted with the service and personal attention. I received an email when they were to be shipped and he followed up to make sure they arrived.

I was pleased with the smaller fans that weren't doubles - he sent several individual fans to make up a tidy order for each of our participants. All were beautifully washed, trimmed and looked healthy.

I know a lot of the companies rated here in Watchdog are large companies with several employees - but, Dune Lane, which consists of Mike and his wife, provides a good product, flawless service and attentiveness.

I recently order from them. Their service is the best I have ever recieved. Very friendly and easy to do business with. Excellent communication by email. They were out of a daylily I ordered and offered to replace it with a more expensive one at the same price looks like the one I wanted but nicer. More bonus plants then I expected and all arrived on the expected date in good condition. What can I say great people to do business with I recommend them highly.

If you haven't ordered from this company, you should! They have a gorgeous selection of daylilies, and sent me alot of extra plants for free. They were short of a few kinds I had ordered, and instead of replacing with like plants, they let me choose more expensive ones at the same price(or I could have had a refund). Mike is a really fun guy to work with too. You almost feel like you know him. He responds to your e mails right away and is just plain friendly. I'm not used to this in a mail order company. Normally it's just business as usual. Anyway, plants were big, healthy, and cheap. Quantities were more than paid for, service was great. What more could you ask for?

I recently ordered hostas from the Dune lane nusery. I found them online after a long search. Not only did they have the best prices but they also offered the largest sized plants compared to others. I sent my order on recycled paper from working on my PhD thesis and I received an immediate call about my order. One of the items that I ordered was not looking so great at their nursery and they hesitated to send something in such poor shape. After a short consultation my order was back on track. They provided the best customer service I have ever had, emailing to indicate when the order was shipped and finding out if all the items had arrived. I am very happy with their products and service and would recommend them to anyone.

I received my daylily order from Dune Lane yesterday and was wowed. They send QUALITY plants at unbeatable prices. The divisions are large and healthy. One clump had 7 fans, another had 5, and I also received 2 great bonuses. I'll be ordering from them again and again!

I first learned about Dune Lane by searching for a particular daylily on the web. I was a little hesitant to call them because I figured that a company that offered plants at such (there's no other way to put this) CHEAP prices, would be far too busy to answer my questions about ONE daylily, that I had been really searching for. Not only was Mike SUPER patient about answering my questions, he even took the time to make other suggestions to me. Now THAT's what I call customer service! I was actually treated like I was the only customer they had, which I know is impossible because of the great prices.
As for the plants. Oh my goodness! THE most healthiest daylily fans. And to top it off, I got not just one, but TWO BONUSES! Not just any old bonus, but proven performers!

I purchased my first plants 4-03. Like others I was leary of sending a check first so I placed a smaller order. The company kept touch with e-mail concerning my order and delivery. My order arrived promply with more fans than indicated and several bonus plants that followed the color scheme I was ordering. I look forward to my first blooms.

Huge plants at unbelievable prices!! Most plants are triple fans. This was my 3rd order in 2 years. Nice bonuses,great personal service, and they always keep in touch by email. They don't have a catalog available, but, a beautiful website. I'll definitely order from them again.

This company sends out daylilly bulbs that are even better than what you might expect. Their prices are excellent and the service is better than excellent. How often does the owner of the company write you peersonal notes and respond to your emails immediately? They do. They deserve to be ranked at the top and I hope more people will try them. I was recommended by a few people to try them-OH MY GOD is all I can say!!!! They best daylilies I have ever received-I have gotten them from Oakes-Gilbert H. Wild-Parks-Wayside-Gulf Haven Gardens and Mariettas and none compare-ok Oakes has great clumps too but these were bigger and even healthier foiliage and every tuber was white and clean and very healthy!!! They give nice bonuses too!!!! If you love daylilies go there and tell them Tina sent you-They are the best!!!!!
