A few weeks ago we ordered a 1000 Herriot strawberry plants and paid for through PayPal. Even though the owners knew they could not ship to Canada they did cash. We are still waiting for the refund. We are a medium sized operation and deal with suppliers across North America. We find this less than professional.

Immediately upon posting my comment I was contacted by Krohne Farms that the refund cheque had been put in the mail on th 14th. Apparently the postal services are to blame
