Negative | HNemerov (10 reviews) | On Sep 26, 2020, HNemerov Bastrop, TX wrote: I am a Certified Master Gardener and a main grower for our plant sales, and a Life/Listed Member of Seed Savers Exchange, so I'm experienced with growing from seed. Some of their seeds germinated well; others did not. When I asked them about it at their tent at Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center's plant sale, I found their answers to be vague and evasive. To determine best practices by species, I started a spreadsheet, tracking germination rates for cold/moist stratification, late winter/early spring starting outside, and dry stratification in the refrigerator. I don't plan on buying seed from them again. |
