from Lodi, CA I have ordered several live 4" plants from Little Prince of Oregon. PLANT QUALITY: Every plant the have shipped me has been in excellent condition and some even with flower buds. SHIPPING: All arrived quickly, well packed and very good condition. Each pot was wrapped with excelsior at the base of the plant and a cardboard sleeve taped round the pot to protect the plant. CUSTOMER SERVICE: Their customer service is excellent. Every time I have emailed with questions or concerns the prompt return emails were cordial and informative. They really made me feel that they care about their customers and their product. | |
