We can offer replacement, store credits, or refunds (partial or full)." but they do not. The seeds were delivered but there were germination problems. They do not respond to emails but they do take your money. Beware. On August 7th, 2019, yielder added the following: They never responded to either emails or phone calls. Paypal tried to contact them. There was no response from them to Paypal and the money was thus refunded. It's pretty straightforward, easy and fast. | |

Tried email/leaving voicemail. No response. I just opened a PayPal complaint. On May 9th, 2019, ralphthefarmer changed the rating from negative to neutral and added the following: Customer service paid immediate attention to the PayPal complaint that I filed, and my order was shipped out the following Monday. Incomplete, order contained a shortfall of one particular seed but the rest was there. I'm hoping that I receive the balance of seeds that I ordered, then I'll bump them to a positive rating for good customer service after-the-fact. On May 14th, 2019, ralphthefarmer changed the rating from neutral to positive and added the following: MySeeds responded to the PayPal complaint and shipped the remaining missing seeds. Upgrading them to Positive for very solid and responsive customer service. Just wish the ordering process itself had been as smooth and responsive upfront. If you are considering ordering, you'll get good quality seeds from these guys, but beware that 'shipped' doesn't really mean 'shipped', and the tracking number you'll receive within a day of ordering may still mean nothing gets shipped for a week or more. | |
