Currently New Life Tropicals appears to be operating as a scam? I ordered just over $400 worth of plants to test them out in mid summer 2020 and despite exchanging many emails with many promises to ship throughout summer and fall 2020, they have not shipped nor refunded at any point (as of now in mid 2021). Once the usual window for refunds through the bank had passed, they also stopped even answering my emails. I don't think this is a coincidence. Furthermore, this is the reason why companies are supposed to hold funds in escrow prior to actually shipping (i.e. you're not actually supposed to be billed before items have shipped). So they were already engaging in non-ideal business practices to begin with, even if they were not previously scamming people. Please don't order from/pay invoices to this seller due because they currently appear to not be operating above board.

Ordered over a year ago for just $1500 as an initial small sample order, and they will not ship, refund, or reply to emails. I will delete this if they refund or ship.

Made two orders, 4/20/2020 and 4/26/2020. Company expressed delays in shipping due to covid, then stopped responding to emails completely once PayPals refund policy was up. $1788 stolen from us. Cannot express how strongly we advise against trusting this company.
