My first experience with Aubrey was when I placed my initial order. Since I was going to pass by the shop, I asked if he could hold my order for pickup. He was extremely helpful, and sent my shipping payment back to my account. When I arrived a few days later, my order was ready, professionally packed and ready to go. He was kind enough to give me a quick tour, even though it was a busy day. I have ordered from him and his wife several times since, the product is top notch and the pricing is very competitive. He is on my short list of "go to" suppliers, and will be a critical part of my business going forward. Excellent supplier!!

This was my second order from Second Sun Hydroponics. First shipment came so fast I was shocked. Second shipment was not as fast but it was a bigger order, so that's probably why. It was still a very acceptable shipping time. Products from here are quality, price is great. As another customer had stated, ship fees are a little high but with the quality and low price of the products, it's still a good deal. Will buy from them again i'm sure.

Orders always ship within 1 business day and shows up at the expected time. Items are well packaged and never damaged. Shipping is a little expensive, but prices are not jacked up... so in the end they are still cheaper than other sources with free shipping. They are also very responsive to emails requesting information. Thanks for excellent customer service!!

I have ordered from Second Sun about 4 times and every transaction has been a pleasant one. I am a 74 year old retired man that my daughters call an old grouch. I have never had a reason to even come close to being grouchy with these fine folks. I like birds, butterflies, and flowers so I'm sure I'll be ordering more products from Second Sun in the future.

Second Sun Hydroponics was very kind and helpful when we called with all our questions. We appreciate their friendly customer service, and their good prices too. Surprisingly, they were able to ship out our order the same day even though we placed the order late in the day. The white heavy-duty 10 x 20 trays look great in the setting where we grow our microgreens and are stronger than regular trays. Their black heavyweight 10x20 tray with holes are much sturdier than regular trays too. We ordered a few other hard-to-find items as well. Glad to find a great company who has a lot of the supplies we were looking for.

A great honest company. i placed an order, correspondence was fast and right on. This order was placed in Dec. , a busy time for shipping companies. The order was delivered to a wrong address by a first time sub driver who could not remember. Sun's owner worked with me and the shipping company, very diligently and got everything straightened out. Sun offered a refund or a reship, i took the reship but asked for USPS to deliver, Sun shipped and I received within 2 Days. Nice to do business with HONEST people who wants your business, FOLKS you can buy from Sun and be treated RIGHT. THANKS AGAIN Mr. Hanford!

The prices were very reasonable shipping was quick and was updated often on status of shipment ordered plant trays to use as humidity trays for orchid collection the trays are very high quality and perfect for my needs very pleased with the service from Second Sun

I ordered a bunch of root pouches, seed starting trays and peat pots. The prices were better than anywhere else, everything arrived extremely fast and well packed, and the quality is awesome. They even sent me a nice bumper sticker. Would definitely buy from them again and have already bragged about them to other people. Everyone loves the root pouches.
