from Troy, PA HORRIBLE!! Ordered 1000 worms on a Wednesday got confirmation email of order on Wednesday, again Thursday and again Friday. 1 week goes by nothing I call the phone number was disconnected, I emailed and got, confirmation of order email resent, then a email saying order sent next Monday. Saturday rolls around I get a box crushed beyond belief, I opened there were 25 dead worms in the box and no packing, no bedding just 25 dry dead worms, I sent email, owner Kelvin Mitchell emails back sorry I will replace worms, never did replace them I had to file a claim with Visa to get my money back! | |
