Cameron Family Farm

This is our second year getting chicks from the Cameron Family Farm. They have outstanding customer service and are very knowledgeable. They have a large variety of chicken breeds available and also sell supplies to get you started and do the hatching right on site so the chicks are hand raised from the start. They feed and sell chick and layer feed made right here in CT! I think it's great to see local businesses supporting one another. They have heritage breed turkeys and won't breed commercial broiler chickens because they care about the health and well-being of their animals. This is a small family owned/operated farm and it's easy to see they put their heart into it. The animals all appear healthy and well fed with large, clean enclosures. When you visit the farm, the Cameron's are very welcoming and are always happy to show you around or answer any questions. They also have a great website and will ship if you are not local. I have, and will, absolutely recommend them to friends and family. All of the chickens we have gotten from them are healthy, happy, and friendly.
